WEB Hunter Armstrong Sentenced to 15 Years to Life in Prison
Armstrong Previously Accepted Plea Offer from Judge Gordon
Syracuse, NY - WEB Hunter Armstrong, 20, was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on Friday, December 16, 2022, for first-degree kidnapping. Armstrong previously accepted an offer from Judge Gordon. Armstrong was arrested on May 4, 2021, and charged with first-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Armstrong is Part of Group Accused of Kidnapping
Armstrong is part of a group of five people accused of kidnapping a man and restraining him to a home at 304 Merriman Avenue in Syracuse. Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick said a victim was lured to the home and held there for an extended period. During that time, the victim was allegedly beaten and robbed.
The other four individuals charged in connection with the kidnapping are:
